1. How do I access all the learning materials after purchasing a Subscription plan?
Purchasing a subscription plan gives you access to all the learning materials. Go to any topic and click the "Subscribe" button to get automatic access. Repeat the same for all your preferred topics. You can access the topics per Form/Subject by going to Categories then selecting the Form and then the Subject.
2. How do I access the topics that I have subscribed?
After subscribing to a topic or topics, you can always access them by going to Courses and then clicking on My Purchases. You will find all the subscribed courses in this section.
3. How do I watch the video lessons after subscribing to a course?
To watch the video lessons, go to the subscribed topic as mentioned above. Click on the lesson and go to the Content section. Click on Lesson 1 and then click the Play button. Allow the video lesson to load and then start watching the lesson. You can take short notes while watching the lesson using the Course Notes feature. Repeat the same for Lesson 2 until the last lesson. Take the quiz at the end, if available. Repeat the same for all topics.
4. How do I access assignments posted by my teachers?
To access your assignments, click on Assignments and then select My Assignments. You will find your pending and completed assignments in this section as well as the results of the completed assignments.
5. How do I access the results of my quizzes and practice exams?
To access your results, go to the Quizzes section and click on My Results. To access pending quizzes, click on Not Participated.
6. How do I purchase a subscription plan?
To purchase a subscription plan and get access to all the learning materials, visit the Home page of the website and scroll down to "Subscribe Now" section. Select your preferred plan. Alternatively, go to Financial section in your dashboard and click on Subscribe. Select your preferred plan then choose your preferred payment gateway/method and then click on Start Payment. It will allow you to complete the subscription and get access to all the learning materials.
7. What is Charge Account?
Charge Account allows you to top up your wallet and use the balance to purchase subscription plans. This helps you to save for a future subscription plan purchase by topping up small amounts to the balance and once it reaches an amount that can be used to purchase a subscription plan, you use the balance to pay for the subscription plan. To pay using the account balance, follow steps mentioned in 6 above. When selecting a payment gateway/method, choose Account Charge and it will allow you to purchase with the balance.
8. How do I contact you in case of any challenges?
You can contact us directly by logging in to your account and then going to the "Support" section. Click on that and then click on "New." Choose the options, type your message and send. We will respond with the assistance you need. To check the messages you sent, click on "Tickets." You can also send us an email or call us using the contacts listed at the bottom of the page.
Questions on Earnings
1. How does Affiliate work?
With our Affiliate program, you are paid for referring students to Tekbod Digital. Once students signup with your Referral Code or Affiliate link, you will get paid commissions every time they purchase a subscription or any product on Tekbod Digital. This is a lifetime earning as long as your referrals spend on the platform.
2. How do I get paid for my referrals?
You will withdraw your earnings and get paid using your preferred payment methods available on the platform. You can check your earnings and withdraw the funds in the Financial section.
3. Where do I find my Affiliate link or Referral Code?
To access your Affiliate Link or Referral Code, login and navigate to Marketing. Click on Affiliate and you will be able to see your Affiliate Code, which is your Referral Code. You will also see your Affiliate URL. Please share either of the two with other students.
4. How do I know my earnings?
In the Affiliate section, you will see details of students who joined using your Affiliate URL or Code. You will also see your total earnings and bonuses in this section.
5. What is a Registration Bonus?
This is a bonus that you get after registration and referring a given number of students. You will then unlock this bonus and withdraw it once the students you referred purchase a subscription plan. You will earn this bonus in addition to your Affiliate earnings.
6. What is cashback?
This is money that we will refund to your account after purchasing on our platform. We will refund it to your wallet on the platform, and you can withdraw it or use it to pay for your future purchases on the platform. Please note that cashback is subject to terms and conditions, and ongoing promotions. We usually don't run cashback offers every time.
7. How does the Points system work?
You earn points by using Tekbod Digital. Points are awarded for purchasing subscriptions, completing lessons, registration, leaving feedback, answering questions on the forums, posting questions on the forums, referrals, and more. You can then convert the points to cash and use them for purchases, or withdraw the cash to your bank. To check and convert your Points to cash, navigate to the Reward Points section.
8. How do I withdraw my earnings?
To withdraw your earnings, go to the Financial section and click on Payout then select Request Payout. The money will be paid to your preferred payment account within 3 business days.
Questions on Online Classes
1. What is an Online Class?
This is a live video class where the teacher teaches online and the students can see him/her together with the whiteboard/blackboard, or the screen when shared. The teacher can also see the students if they turn on their cameras. They can also interact in real-time, just as if in a physical class.
2. As a teacher, how do I set up an online live class?
To set up an online class:
(I) login to your dashboard and click on Courses. Click on New. In the "Course Type," select Live Class and then type the topic in the Title section.
(ii) Upload a thumbnail and cover image. Fill in the description part by describing the course/lesson. Click Next. In the Capacity section, input the number of students that you want to attend the class. Leave it blank for an unlimited number of students.
(iii) Set the date and the duration of the class as well as the time zone. Fill the rest of the sections according to your preference and then click Next.
(iv) Enable Subscribe and fill in the rest of the sections according to your preference and click Next. Continue to the Sections part. Click on New Section to add a section such as Chapter 1, etc.
(v) Once the Section is created, click on the plus(+) sign and select New Session to create lessons for the class.
(vi) Select the live class provider from the options provided. Set an optional password to only allow students with the password to join, or leave it blank to allow students without a password to join. NB: do not put your account password in this part.
(vii) Type the title of this particular lesson, and select and set the date and time of this live lesson. Input the Duration in minutes.
(viii) Type the details of this lesson in the description section. Enable Chat if you want the class to chat with you in the chat box. Click on Save.
(ix) Repeat the process to create more lessons in the Section. You can also delete a lesson from this section. Once done adding lessons in the Section, click Next and fill in the remaining parts according to your preference then click on Send for Review.
We will review the class to confirm that it does not violate our Terms and Conditions and approve it. Your students can then join it and you can start teaching them on the dates and times as well as durations you set. You can always add more Sections and Sessions/Lessons and send them for review.
3. As a teacher, how do I start the Live Sessions/Lessons that I created?
To start a Live Session/Lesson:
(I) Go to Courses and select My Courses. On the far right-hand side of the Live Course, click on the three vertical dots and select Sessions.
(II) You will see the list of all the Sessions/Lessons you created. Click on the Session/Lesson you want to start and after expanding, click Join
4. As a student, how do I join a Live Session/Lesson?
To join a Live Lesson:
(i) Subscribe to the topic/course/class.
(ii) Click on the topic/course/class and then go to Content.
(iii) Select the title of the class and upon expanding, join with the Join button.
